NEW RENTAL HOUSING SUPPORT PROGRAM

The McHenry County Housing Authority will take and accept applications on Saturday November 15, 2008. The office will be open from 9 am to 1 pm or until the quota is satisfied. The application process will be closed when the Housing Authority has received 150 applicants and the participants will be selected via lottery.

Applications will be available to the general public on Monday November 10, 2008 at the McHenry County Housing Authority office and are available for downloading below. Criminal background release forms are required for all household members 17 years of age or older. Please click on the following links to access the application and criminal background forms: RHS APPLICATION FORM , CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK FORM Please bring your completed application and criminal background check form(s) with you on Saturday, November 15, 2008, to the Housing Authority office located at 1108 N.
